People sometimes email us copies of passports, visas, refusal letters and application files hoping for help. Please do not.
We are not licensed to advise on individual cases, we cannot help with them, and we do not want to hold your identity documents. Any identity documents received are deleted without being retained. Send these only to your licensed representative or to the official authority handling your case.
What we collect
Information you provide. If you email us, comment or subscribe to a newsletter, we receive your name, email address and message content. Used to reply to you, nothing more.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and version, device, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, referring site. Used in aggregate for traffic understanding and troubleshooting.
