We read everything that comes in. Corrections in particular — accuracy matters more here than on almost any other kind of site.

Response time

We reply within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Corrections are prioritised — put CORRECTION in the subject line and we will look at it the same day.

What we cannot help with

We want to be honest about this rather than leave you waiting for a reply that would not help anyway.

We cannot advise on your individual case. We are not lawyers or licensed immigration consultants. We cannot tell you whether you will be approved, review your documents, assess your eligibility, or tell you what to write on a form. For that you need a licensed professional in the destination country — a registered immigration lawyer, an accredited representative, or the relevant official helpline.

We cannot check your application status. Only the immigration authority handling your file can do that, through their own official portal.

We cannot get you a job or a sponsor. We do not have employer contacts to share and we do not pass CVs to anyone.

We cannot speed anything up. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is charging you for a promise they cannot keep.

What we are glad to receive

  • Corrections. If a date, fee, threshold or rule on our site is wrong, tell us. Include the article link and, if you have it, the official source.
  • News tips. A rule change, a new bulletin, an announcement we have not covered yet.
  • Scam reports. If someone is using the VisaRiz name to ask people for money, we want to know immediately.
  • Your experience. Refusal reasons, processing times, how a stage actually went — reader experience often shows up in later articles, always anonymised and never published without permission.
