- Every article states the date it was published or updated. Information that was accurate then may not be accurate today.
- Fees, salary thresholds, quotas, processing times, eligible occupation lists and priority dates all change regularly.
- Policies are sometimes suspended, challenged in court, or reversed. Coverage of a rule does not mean that rule is currently in force at the moment you are reading.
Always verify against the official government source before acting. We link to those sources in our articles precisely so you can do that. If our page and the official page disagree, the official page is correct and we would like to know so we can fix ours.
