Meanwhile the person in the middle — someone with a pending application, a job offer that expires next month, or a family waiting on a decision — is trying to work out one thing: what does this mean for me?
VisaRiz exists to answer that question.

How we work
Every article is built from official sources — government departments, immigration authorities, published rules, court filings and official bulletins. We link to them. If you only trust one thing on a page, trust the official link, and we make sure it is there.
We date everything and we say when something was accurate. Immigration rules change constantly, and an undated guide is worse than no guide at all.
We also say when we do not know. Where a rule is ambiguous, a policy is under legal challenge, or an outcome depends on how a particular officer applies discretion, we say so plainly rather than inventing certainty.
What we are not
We are not immigration lawyers or licensed consultants. We do not represent applicants, prepare applications, or give personal advice on individual cases.
We do not recruit, and we do not offer jobs. We write about how sponsorship works. We are not an agency, we are not connected to any employer, and we will never contact you offering a placement.
